Shipping & Handling

  • All shipping will be thru via USPS. Either first-class advantage or priority services will be used. If you’d like any other companies/services for some reason, you will need to place a request via email.

  • All orders MUST BE INSURED. USPS offer FREE insurance up to $100 on every package using their first-class advantage and priority services.

  • All orders will come with tracking. Tracking numbers will be provided to you via email.

  • Any package which has a declared value above $100.00 will be covered with additional insurance

  • Your price, at checkout, will be your one and only price, unless you are a Vermont resident, which will require us by law to charge you a 6% sales tax (an addition of 6% of the item’s price, NOT 6% of the total price).

  • Every effort will be made to ship your items together into one package, in the event in which this cannot be feasible, we will inform you of which item(s) have which tracking number, etc…

  • As stated above, your price at the time of checkout will cover: 1) the item’s cost, 2) proper shipping and handling, 3) proper insurance & signature confirmation (on orders above $500.00), and 4) any sales tax (as of 1/01/2025, only Vermont residents required to pay a 6% sales tax, and will show in cart).

  • Fragile items: every effort will be made to insure safe handling of your fragile item. Additional markings will be in place on exterior of the package in several locations.

  • Ephemera items: All ephemera will be carefully placed inside a cardboard plastic sleeve, these may vary in size/material.

  • Refunds: Refunds will only be carried out if the item is not as described in our description, or an accident has occurred DURING shipping, resulting in a broken / damaged item. If this be the case, then after we have been notified, and have been sent photos detailing the damage, then we will discuss on a buyer to buyer basis the best course of action: 1) you receive a partial refund, and decide to keep the item, 2) you send us the item, after which we send you a full refund, or, 3) we go thru the USPS, filing a claim on the insured item, at which time you have the right to file your claim and decide on whether you intend on keeping the item or not.
